hehehe.... I got a good chuckle out of just READING that you had superglue on your fingers. (ahem...I guess you never came right out and SAID it, but...well...you know...)
Remedy #1: Time. Just wait.
Remedy #2: Have you tried Fingernail Polish Remover? I think it helps.
By now it is probably nearly gone anyway... ;-)
