We will hopefully post up a pic of me and russ out the front with the sold sign (cheesy I know)

P.s. on second thought, I dont know what I did to that pic but the colours are all out! Dont worry, the grass is all green :) and yes, the house is that white...one of the 1st things to go I think!

And you had BETTER do the "cheesy" thing and take a picture. How many times in your life will you have the chance to stand behind the "Sold" sign of your first home?! Don't be cynical about this. Celebrate, girl, CELEBRATE! :-)
Also I feel as if I still owe you some gardening time (even though I gave you hints) so feel free to give me a buzz when it all settles if you need any help setting up or working out some gardening stuff:) Maybe I could catch up with you and Russ at the same time! Whatever:)

I will let you know in a month...I am probably about to tackle a tree exactly like that at a clients place! If that goes bad...i will know that i can't LOL (oh dear!)
